On the 25th of April 2007, the Primary English Teachers Yahoo Group , (PET) is celebrating its 1st birthday. So, if you haven't subscribed yet, this is your chance;) The APPInep committee couldn't let this day pass without a celebration. So, we have decided to organize a competition entitled "My favourite activity", for all PET & APPInep members to participate. We've contacted some publishers, who have agreed to donate some resource books as prizes.
The four most original activities will win a resource book. The winning activities will be assembled into a little brochure for our APPInep participants at the APPI Conference on 5th May and they will also appear in the Autumn issue of the APPInep Bulletin. All entries will be posted on the APPInep website.
The rules are as follows:
Activities should be described in no more than 400 words.
Only one activity can be presented per participant.
Activities can be suitable for Pre-School or Primary classes.
Activities must be sent by 23.55h, Wednesday 25th April.
Each entry must include participant?s name, address, telephone number and email address.
The four most original activities will be chosen by the APPInepcommittee.
Winners will be announced at APPI's 21st Conference, on APPInep Day (5th May) and prizes sent by publishers after this. We look forward to being inundated with fun activities over the next week!
